How much is your shipping rate?

For most countries including Philippines, your shipping rate will be calculated upon checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us. International rates will depend on your location & chosen shipping method.

By default we ship LBC for Philippines and EMS for worldwide.

You can also request to ship via ordinary mail, registered mail, DHL or FedEx but this will be upon quotation.

Do you do meet-ups?

Regularly, no. We only agree on meet-ups for perishable & time-sensitive/bulk orders (by schedule & availability). Shipping is advised for apparel & accessories. Unless we hold a group meet-up at a certain venue, till then all orders will be for shipping only.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship all over the Philippines.

How long does shipping take locally?

1-2 business days within Metro Manila & nearby areas (Cavite, Laguna) and 3-5 business days for other areas in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept orders from most countries worldwide.

How long do international orders take?

All orders will be processed 1-3 business days, plus shipping which will take an additional 15-30 business days, depending on your location & chosen shipping method, it could take less.

All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties and taxes of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email.

If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees.

Can I combine shipping?

Yes you can. But please take note that if your item is a pre-order, different collections have different cut-offs. If you order several items from different collections, shipping will only commence once the latest pre-order item has arrived to us. This delivery option is at your discretion. By default, we do not separate shipping if you have ordered on-hand items together with the pre-order, unless you choose to. Take note that separate shipping will be charged additional delivery fee.

Can I track my purchased items if shipped?

Yes. We will give you a link where you can track your package together with an email & SMS upon shipping your order. We also send updates periodically on the movement of your package as much as possible, unless you have chosen economy shipping which will not have a tracking number.
